Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the research and development of optical structures for PC substrate lenses and multi-point defocus myopia management lenses, optimizing 534 point micro lenses and+400 defocus optical schemes, and improving the cross-sectional imaging optical model;
Follow up on the testing of imported PC raw materials, molds, and new processes for hard coating, and solve production optical defects such as lens orange peel, pitting, film peeling, and degree deviation;
Control the optical accuracy of the lenses, stabilize the photometric error within 6 °, optimize the formula of the light transmittance, UV resistance, anti yellowing, wear-resistant and anti fouling film layer;
Docking with the production line to implement new processes, issuing product parameters and testing standards, and completing performance tests such as UV, boiling water wear resistance, impact and drop resistance;
Follow up on clinical adaptation data of defocusing lenses for teenagers, iterate myopia delay lens design, and maintain product compliance with CE/FDA international standards.
